Senior AI Data Scientist (Generative AI & Machine Learning)

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will drive AI initiatives, using advanced analytics, machine learning, and data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency and improve decision-making. You will support the deployment of AI solutions across the organization, collaborate with multi-functional teams, and mentor junior data scientists to uphold Michelin's commitment to innovation and excellence., * Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms.

• Partner with diverse functional groups to identify business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.

• Machine Learning & AI Development: Scikit-learn, LangChain, LangGraph, Model Context Protocol (MCP), * Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field required; Master's degree or Ph.D. preferred, with 5+ years of Data Science experience focused on AI and machine learning, with strong analytical, problem-solving, business acumen, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, Pandas, and NumPy, with hands-on experience developing machine learning and Generative AI solutions, including LLMs, chatbots, and autonomous AI agents using tools such as Scikit-learn, Power BI, Streamlit, LangChain, LangGraph, and MCP.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure), big data technologies (e.g., Spark), and containerization/orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).

• Proven success leveraging large and diverse datasets to solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable business impact.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders, collaborate across cross-functional teams, and lead projects from concept through execution.
• Experience mentoring and developing junior data scientists and analysts while balancing technical excellence with strategic business objectives.
