Job description

  • Provides Audio Visual and web/video cast support to small and large groups, including executive staff. Must demonstrate strong customer service skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure in support of high-ranking individuals. Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex AV and camera software issues, following up with customers to confirm resolution, documenting new problems and solutions, and escalating issues or negative interactions to management., * MS Teams Rooms support and administration
  • Desktop OS support - Windows 10 and Windows 11 (installation, configuration, troubleshooting)
  • White Glove / VIP end-user support
  • AV and conference room support
  • Wireless and VPN technologies; TCP/IP addressing
  • Troubleshooting network load and bandwidth issues related to video conferencing and webcasting
  • Printer installation and configuration

Requirements

Do you have experience in Video conferencing systems operation?, * 2-3 years of conference room support experience

  • MS Teams Rooms (MTR) experience required
  • Working knowledge of Windows 10/11, AV systems, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, wireless), and printers

  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
  • Effective questioning, problem identification, and isolation skills
  • Ability to provide support via phone and email
