Job description

The Salesforce Administrator plays a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Lead our CRM management, as our Salesforce super user, field a high volume of calls daily, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects while supporting the sales team with day-to-day needs., * Maintain and expand the company data base of Leds, Contacts, Accounts, and Opportuntieis in Salesforce. Working with the project maangers to provide support with these functions when needed.

  • Provide Salesforce training to employees as needed, this includes existing and new employees.
  • Support project managers with dispatching and job scheduling functions, primarily driven through developed expertise of how our Salesforce CRM and CPQ systems interact with the rest of our ERP system (Visual Dispatch and NetSuite) to ensure high-fidelity data is flowing through the system in a timely manner.
  • Produce Salesforce related reports for the sales team and management.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Workplace dispute resolution?, * Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Proven inside sales experience

  • Strong listening, presentation, and phone presence skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools, * Strong oral communication skills necessary to communicate over the telephone and in-person with all company personnel, clients and suppliers.

  • Physical and mental ability to work in an environment with rapid business growth and pressure due to business demands.

  • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Strong conflict resolution and critical-thinking skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities while dealing with continuous interruptions., Some physical effort required. Must be able to tolerate extended periods of sitting or standing; frequent use of a computer and cell phone and have the ability to communicate and hear effectively.

  • Flow of work and character of duties involves normal visual and mental attention.

  • Duties require willingness to work a flexible schedule and/or weekends.
