We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator/Manager to lead and oversee BCP related projects for our financial client. - Lead end-to-end project management activities, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk mitigation using tools like Microsoft Project, Visio, and SharePoint.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements, develop comprehensive project scopes, and define success criteria aligned with organizational objectives.
- Manage project tasks & schedules using WBS.
- Oversee the development and execution of test cases, user acceptance testing (UAT), and test-driven development processes to ensure quality deliverables.
- Facilitate communication across teams by maintaining clear documentation of project status updates, meeting notes, and change requests using Jira, VersionOne, or TFS.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Task prioritization?, * Proven experience managing IT projects within enterprise environments utilizing methodologies such as Agile, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), or Waterfall.
- Strong knowledge of IT and BCP, and Disaster Recovery.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Excel
- Solid understanding of SDLC processes, IT governance principles, requirements gathering techniques, and release management strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills; capable of conducting impact analysis and developing innovative solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills to facilitate collaboration among technical teams and business stakeholders at all levels.
- Leadership qualities with experience in program management or leading cross-functional teams through complex project phases.
- Knowledge of IT Disaster Recovery Plans, user acceptance testing procedures, and version control practices is highly desirable.
