Job description

As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will be in the office 5 days per week supporting the US, Canada, or Latin America and your hours will vary depending on what region you will be supporting. You will execute all administrative tasks relating to the Client Fire Suppression parts and product and positively interact with customers both verbally and written.

How you will do it

Monitor inventory levels to order ship from the proper warehouse.

Manage backorders.

Maintain ship dates.

Manage order cancellations quickly.

Answer calls

Handle customer questions concerning shipments, backorders, escalations etc.

Pull regular reports to manage orders.

Manage cases in Salesforce.com.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Mechanical troubleshooting?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, Required Problem solving Proactive Agile

work in fast paced environment with quickly changing priorities

Able to manage tasks effectively.

Active Listening skills

CRM experience with Salesforce.com,

ERP: SAP

Attention to Detail

Microsoft Office Suite experience, * How many years of experience do you have in Order Fulfillment, Order Management, or Customer Service?
