Job description
The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and supporting multiple Salesforce environments. This role serves as a key member of the technology team, ensuring platform stability, data integrity, user adoption, and process efficiency through thoughtful administration and automation. Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support multiple Salesforce environments, ensuring optimal system performance and user experience
- Design, build, and maintain Salesforce automations using Flow Builder and other declarative tools
- Create and manage validation rules, workflows, page layouts, record types, and object relationships
- Maintain Salesforce data quality through imports, deduplication efforts, validation processes, and ongoing monitoring
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 user support by troubleshooting issues and resolving system-related inquiries
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business operations and decision-making
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Support system integrations, third-party applications, and ongoing platform enhancements
- Assist with user onboarding, training, and adoption initiatives
- Manage user accounts, profiles, permission sets, and security settings
- Maintain system documentation, process documentation, and training materials
- Participate in testing, deployment, and change management activities related to Salesforce enhancements
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and system optimization
- Support global users while maintaining a high level of customer service and responsiveness
Requirements
Do you have a valid Certified Salesforce Administrator certification?, Do you have experience in System requirements definition?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
- Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce Administration experience
- Experience supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud environments
- Experience administering multiple Salesforce organizations preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Certifications
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce Flow Builder and record-triggered automation
- Experience creating scalable, maintainable declarative solutions using Salesforce best practices
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, object relationships, security models, and platform functionality
- Experience managing users, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchies
- Experience with data imports, data cleansing, and data governance processes
- Proficiency with Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills for reporting, analysis, and data management
- Experience supporting integrations and AppExchange applications preferred
