Job description
Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software for customers. Respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems and determine and implement solutions. Responsible to be the first contact to customers' phone calls., * Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware

Respond to queries either in person or over the phone

Ask questions to determine nature of problems

Walk customer through problem-solving process

Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software

Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems

Review daily performance of computer systems

Monitor and repair customer backups
-
Receive, tag and organize inventory daily

Perform quality setups
-
Support other co-workers as needed
-
Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems

Conduct server monthly maintenance
-
Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved

Gain feedback and evaluations of customer systems

Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur

Other duties as neccessary
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Writing skills?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Education o 2-year associate degree, required o 2 years working experience, preferred
- Skills o Office 365 knowledge o Networking knowledge o Communicate verbally and in writing with customers o Explain technical issues to non-technical people o Multi-task and handle interruptions o Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw or research valid conclusions to solve workstation and networking issues o Effectively present information and respond to questions from team members, vendors and customers o Work with different computer software programs, including but not limited to; Work, Excel and Microsoft Office o Operate office machinery, including but not limited to; fax machines, calculators, copy machines, scanners and printers, * Associate (Required)
Experience:
- customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
- relevant: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
