8+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or product ownership.

5+ years of hands-on experience in payments or transaction processing systems.

Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.

Create, refine, and prioritize the product backlog, including epics, features, user stories, and enablers.

Write clear, testable user stories with acceptance criteria.

Balance priorities across regulatory mandates, tech debt, resiliency, and new feature development.
-
Ensure backlog readiness for sprint planning.

Partner with Scrum Masters and engineering teams to ensure efficient Agile delivery.
-
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
-
Accept or reject completed work based on defined acceptance criteria and quality standards.

Strong understanding of banking or payments systems (ACH, Wires, RTP, Cards, Cross-Border Payments).

Knowledge of risk, compliance, and regulatory impacts on payments.
-
Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and architecture teams.

Understanding of APIs, integration patterns, microservices, and data flows (functional level).

Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, trends, and product performance metrics.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong decision-making and prioritization capabilities.
