Job description
All American Print Supply Co. supplies printing equipment, parts, and consumables, from sublimation and DTF printers to the inks, films, and replacement parts that keep our customers running. We're looking for an Ecommerce Conversion Designer to build the product pages, landing pages, and email campaigns that turn our traffic into sales and leads.
This is a hands-on design and copy role. You'll create individual product and landing pages that are built to convert, with the right mix of layout, specs, comparison tables, charts, images, and copy that answers what a buyer actually needs to know before they purchase or request a quote. You won't just hand off mockups. You'll build these pages yourself in Shopify and GemPages and get them live.
The job is equal parts design, copywriting, and conversion thinking, and that extends to email. You should know what makes a page convert and what makes an email campaign perform, and be able to explain why every section, subject line, and CTA is there. You'll also work closely with the person who manages our product listings, so product structure, tagging, and searchability stay clean and consistent across the store.
What You'll Do
- Build High-Converting Product & Landing Pages (the core of this role)
- Design and build custom product pages and landing pages in Shopify and GemPages, from blank page to published
- Create the layouts that sell: spec tables, comparison charts, feature breakdowns, image galleries, FAQs, trust elements, and clear calls to action
- Write the copy that goes on these pages, including headlines, benefit blocks, product messaging, and CTAs
- Build pages optimized for a specific goal, whether that's a purchase or a lead form submission
- Use light HTML and CSS when you need to push past what the visual builder does out of the box
Conversion & UX/UI
- Apply real UX and UI judgment to every page, including hierarchy, readability, flow, and mobile experience
- Know what converts and why, and be able to defend your layout and copy choices
- Identify weak points on existing pages and rebuild them to perform better
- Test and iterate on layouts, copy, and CTAs to lift conversion rates over time
- Research competitor product and landing pages to find ideas worth borrowing and gaps worth exploiting
- Work With the Listings Team
- Coordinate with the person who manages product listings so product structure, tagging, and searchability stay accurate and consistent
- Make sure the pages you build fit cleanly into the store's collections, navigation, and filtering
- Keep product messaging cohesive across listings, collections, and landing pages
Email Marketing
- Plan, build, and send email campaigns that support promotions, product launches, events, and lead generation
- Write email copy that matches the quality and conversion focus of the pages you build, including subject lines, body copy, and CTAs
- Design clean, on-brand email layouts that drive clicks back to the right pages and offers
- Build and manage segmentation, automated flows, and workflows so the right message reaches the right audience
- Keep email, landing pages, and on-site messaging cohesive so the whole customer journey feels connected
- Track email performance and use what you learn to improve open rates, clicks, and conversions
Requirements
Do you have experience in Website management?, * 2 to 5 years building ecommerce pages, landing pages, or web design work focused on conversion
- Hands-on experience building pages in Shopify and a page builder like GemPages (or a close equivalent such as Shogun, PageFly, or Replo)
- A portfolio of product pages or landing pages you designed and built, ideally with results you can speak to
- Strong copywriting skills, especially headlines, benefit-driven product copy, and CTAs
- Solid experience building and sending email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and automated flows
- A real grasp of UX/UI and conversion principles, and the ability to explain the reasoning behind your choices
- Comfort with light HTML and CSS for custom layouts, tables, and tweaks
- An eye for clean, organized, trustworthy design that fits a brand
- Detail-oriented and able to ship polished pages without constant oversight
Nice to Have
- Experience running A/B tests or other conversion optimization work
- Familiarity with HubSpot or another email marketing platform
- Basic understanding of on-page SEO and how product structure affects searchability
- Experience with B2B ecommerce, technical or equipment products, or the print and decoration industry
- Comfort with design tools like Figma or the Adobe suite for mockups and assets
