Job description

The Clinical Systems Analyst works to ensure the clinical information systems are utilized efficiently and effectively. Works closely with clinical team members, Information Services (I.S.) peers, staff and providers, providing operational guidance to gain understanding of objectives and needs, increase efficiencies and effectiveness of workflow and clinical documentation. Provides necessary training, experience and technical support to ensure all aspects of the electronic medical record (EMR) are utilized effectively. Analyzes, defines and applies clinical and technical knowledge to solve complex problems within the EMR and workflows. Responsible for troubleshooting problems and challenges within the EMR which may include software, hardware, and workflow issues.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Productivity software?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree in nursing?, Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required. Experience: Minimum of one year information services or super-user experience. Direct patient care experience preferred. Extensive working knowledge of clinical information systems (Cerner preferred.) Skills: Comfortable and confident interacting with physicians and clinicians at all levels. Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications required. Language proficiency in English, with excellent written and oral communication skills. Exhibits or has performed in a leadership role. Clinical knowledge required. Appropriate licensure preferred. License / Certification: Must hold a valid Florida license. Travel Requirements: May be required to travel to other locations.

Alan B. Miller Medical Center opening in Spring 2026! A neighborhood hospital with medical center excellence! The new state-of-the-art hospital will join UHS' growing regional network of healthcare operations which includes Wellington Regional Medical Center, the ER at Westlake (an extension of Wellington Regional Medical Center), Wellington Physicians Urgent Care and other healthcare services and access points.
