Senior Product Owner - Digital Workplace

The role focuses on ensuring a customer-centric, impact-oriented, and prioritized evolution of digital workplace services, while supporting the development of internal product ownership capabilities., * Own and drive the roadmap for digital workplace products and services

• Prioritize initiatives based on business value, user needs, and organizational impact
• Manage and align stakeholders across different organizational levels
• Facilitate agile product development using methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
• Support change management and organizational adoption of new workplace solutions
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into actionable product requirements
• Monitor Microsoft 365 developments and assess their operational impact
• Contribute to the maturity development of internal Product Owner practices

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Several years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with a proven track record of building and managing digital products

• Strong expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working in agile product environments
• Proven ability in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication across different organizational levels
• Experience with organizational development and change management initiatives
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 and experience with Digital Workplace / Modern Workplace environments
• Understanding of the Microsoft roadmap and the ability to assess the operational impact of product changes on users and business processes
• Strong customer-centric mindset with experience prioritizing product development based on business value and user needs
• Fluent in German
