Job description

We are looking for a Systems Engineer to join our team! As a member of the System Development Team within Haldex, the Systems Engineer contributes across all stages of the design and development process and will liaise directly with a range of stakeholders to provide and deliver effective engineering solutions.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Systems engineering?, * Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline

  • Experience in automotive systems and/or software development
  • Strong systems engineering and system design capability
  • Experience in requirements elicitation, specification, traceability and change management
  • Experience with requirements management tools, preferably Polarion
  • Experience producing requirements, interface and architectural specifications
  • Understanding of the systems engineering lifecycle from requirements through verification and validation
  • Experience with software design methods and embedded systems development
  • Understanding of real time and microcontroller based systems

DESIRABLE

  • Experience with ASPICE processes and assessments
  • Experience in model based systems engineering, including SysML
  • Knowledge of ISO 26262 functional safety and ISO/SAE 21434 cybersecurity standards
  • Experience with FMEA and system level risk analysis
  • Exposure to MATLAB, Simulink and Stateflow
  • Experience with engineering tools, version control and process implementation
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and development standards

  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively

  • Requirements Engineering and Polarion (or Equivalent): 2 years (required)
