  • Assist with new SKU setup, content checks and upload tracking.
  • Support listing optimisation and SEO, carrying out much of the detailed groundwork and putting forward suggestions and test ideas to improve visibility and conversion.
  • Keep asset trackers, launch trackers and onboarding checklists current.

Advertising and competitor support

  • Support basic advertising checks, including budget pacing and campaign status reviews.
  • Collect competitor screenshots, run pricing checks and record category observations.

Process and escalation

  • Support internal process documentation and adherence to our SOPs.
  • Escalate commercial, strategic or sensitive issues to the Amazon Marketplace Manager promptly and with the right context., * Exposure to Amazon, whether Seller Central, Vendor Central or Amazon Ads.
  • Familiarity with TikTok Seller Central, Helium 10 (He10) or Looker Studio.
  • Experience preparing performance or sales reporting, ideally in a commercial or agency setting.
  • A genuine interest in e-commerce, retail media or marketplace operations.

What We Offer

  • Real Living Wage as a minimum, with higher pay for relevant Amazon experience.
  • A genuine development path: as you build defined competencies, your responsibilities grow, and your pay is reviewed to reflect your increasing skill.
  • Hybrid working - 4 days office-based (St Albans), 1 day working from home
