RoboShadow builds enterprise Cyber Security technology across vulnerability management, external attack surface discovery, automated remediation, device monitoring, security benchmarking, compliance reporting, and Microsoft ecosystem integrations.

As our GTM Engineer / AI Automation Developer, you will help us build smarter, faster, more automated, and more effective go-to-market systems.

What You'll Own
- Design, build, and optimise user journeys across the customer lifecycle
- Improve GTM workflows across marketing, sales, customer success, onboarding, product engagement, and retention
- Research customer journeys, competitor approaches, funnel performance, conversion points, and friction areas
- Use AI tools, especially Claude, to accelerate research, workflow design, analysis, documentation, troubleshooting, and experimentation
- Build and improve internal systems, automations, processes, templates, dashboards, and workflows
- Identify where users are dropping off, getting confused, or failing to take the next step
- Work with internal tools and data to support campaigns, sales activity, customer onboarding, product usage, and customer success
- Document findings, processes, experiments, recommendations, and best practices
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve how we attract, engage, onboard, support, and grow customers, * User journeys are clearer, smoother, and more effective
- Marketing, sales, customer success, and product workflows become better connected
- The team has better visibility into what is working and where users are getting stuck
- Manual processes are reduced through automation and better systems
- AI is used effectively to speed up research, experimentation, documentation, and execution
- Conversion, engagement, onboarding, or retention improves through practical GTM experiments
- Internal knowledge, processes, and recommendations are clearly documented
- You become a trusted person for solving messy GTM problems quickly and practically

Important Application Note
This is a full-time role connected to our Shenfield, Essex office.
We would ideally like someone who can spend meaningful time with the team in person, especially during onboarding, planning, key projects, and team-building moments. However, hybrid or remote working will be considered for the right person.
Requirements
Do you have experience in SQL?, This role is not about how many years of experience you have, what job title you have had before, or whether your background fits neatly into one box. We are open to candidates ranging from early-career builders to experienced operators.

If you are the type of person who sees a problem, researches solutions, experiments independently, builds workflows, documents what you have learned, and delivers outcomes without waiting for detailed instructions, you will likely thrive here., You may be a recent graduate, technical marketer, growth operator, RevOps person, marketing operations specialist, sales operations specialist, product operations person, analyst, automation builder, developer, or someone with strong side projects and clear evidence of initiative.
You should be able to demonstrate:

- Experience building or improving AI-assisted workflows

Experience That Would Be Helpful
Any of the following would be useful, but not all are essential:
- Experience with CRM systems, revenue operations, marketing operations, sales operations, or customer success operations
- Experience building automations, workflows, dashboards, or internal tools
- Familiarity with GTM engineering, RevOps, growth, lifecycle marketing, product-led growth, or funnel optimisation
- Basic technical skills such as SQL, APIs, scripting, webhooks, workflow automation, or no-code/low-code tools
- Experience measuring funnels, conversions, attribution, activation, retention, or customer lifecycle metrics
- Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, Make, Clay, Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets, Looker, Metabase, Intercom, Segment, or similar
- Experience using AI tools to solve practical business problems
- Degree or background in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field
- Certifications or practical experience in CRM systems, automation, AI tools, data analytics, or GTM operations, * Examples of any GTM workflows, AI workflows, automations, dashboards, customer journey improvements, CRM work, experiments, analysis, documentation, side projects, or relevant business problems you have solved
