A Full-Stack Web Developer is responsible for the design and development of end-to-end software solutions. This means that they are not limited to just front-end or back-end development, but they essentially accomplish both. Full-stack web developers are typically found within smaller projects, but they are available for larger projects, although it's uncommon due to the potential scale of each component. A full-stack web developer is responsible for the development and maintenance of server-side logic, integration of their application elements, and exposing data by creating API endpoints. Strong back-end development skills using Node.js, Python, or similar languages. Develop and maintain web applications using modern frameworks and technologies Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation Experience with database management systems such as SQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Preferred Qualifications/ Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of professional software development experience Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies. Proven experience in building, operating, and supporting robust and performant databases and data pipelines Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems Solid understanding of data modelling, indexing, and query optimization techniques Proficient in at least one programming language (Python preferred) Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries (React preferred) Familiarity with database systems. Full-stack development experience is preferred. Experience with Databricks and Snowflake Solid understanding of web performance optimization, security, and best practices.
