Mentor and support engineers, fostering technical growth and consistent engineering practices. Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions. Participate across the full software development lifecycle, from design through deployment and support.

Requirements

Experience designing distributed, highly available, and scalable systems. Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, or similar; ability to design schemas and write performant queries. Experience with NoSQL data stores (e.g., DynamoDB or similar) is a plus. Experience with Agile development practices and automated testing. Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor engineers effectively. Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams and disciplines. Required: Hands-on experience building, containerizing, and deploying applications in AWS, including production use of services such as EC2, container platforms, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with container technologies such as Docker; orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes) strongly preferred.
