Job description

The Data Analyst partners with leaders across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Recruiting, Finance, and Technology to turn data into actionable business insights. You'll help shape strategic decisions by building reports, dashboards, automations, and analytical tools that improve performance across the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze data from multiple business systems to identify trends, opportunities, and performance insights.
  • Build, maintain, and improve dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools used by company leaders.
  • Create recurring and ad hoc reports that support operational, financial, sales, recruiting, and marketing initiatives.
  • Translate complex data into clear recommendations that drive business decisions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and help leaders measure success.
  • Improve reporting processes through automation and workflow enhancements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, accessibility, and consistency.
  • Evaluate and leverage emerging technologies, including AI and automation tools, to improve efficiency and reporting capabilities.
  • Support forecasting, workforce planning, strategic initiatives, and company growth projects.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of new programs, processes, and business initiatives., * Work on projects that directly influence business decisions and company performance.
  • Partner with leaders across multiple departments and gain exposure to all areas of the business.
  • Help shape reporting, automation, and AI initiatives in a growing organization.
  • Develop your technical and analytical skills through a variety of strategic and operational projects.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Research findings presentation?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree in statistics?, * Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

  • One to three years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, finance, operations, consulting, or a related analytical role. Relevant internships, academic projects, or research experience may be considered.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and modeling.
  • Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
  • Experience with Python, Power Automate, or other automation tools is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and an interest in applying technology to solve business challenges.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing organization.
