Support clients' modeling needs, including maintenance, enhancement of existing measurement and targeting solutions, and timely, high-quality delivery.

Developing innovative and automated solutions for custom needs, leveraging appropriate AI/ML/statistical tools.

Mine large consumer datasets in the cloud environment to support ad hoc business and statistical analysis.

Provide analytical/statistical support for marketing test design, campaign measurement, and market insights to clients and stakeholders.

Communicate methodologies and results to management, clients, and other non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
-
An advanced degree in Computer Science/Statistics/Mathematics/ Economics, or related fields, requires advanced training in data modeling and analytics.

Ph.D. degree in statistics/mathematics, engineering, computer science, economics, or a related field

Deep understanding and solid knowledge of the fundamentals of statistical reasoning and ML models.

Experience with causal inference, marketing mix models (MMM), and multi-touch attribution models is highly valued and mandatory to have

An added advantage is familiarity with deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and generative AI.

Skilled in conceptualizing complex business problems and designing practical, effective modeling and analytical solutions to address them.

Proficiency in common programming languages such as Python and SQL.

Experienced and comfortable working with standard big data tools, including cloud platforms, database technologies, and parallel processing frameworks.

Entrepreneurial, highly self-motivated, collaborative, keen attention to detail, willing and capable to learn quickly, and effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a demanding environment.

Great communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
