Job description
Insight Global is hiring for a JR/Mid-level AI Engineer to design, ship, and scale production-grade AI agents and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions on Microsoft's stack-primarily Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry-integrated across Microsoft 365 and core enterprise systems. You'll partner with product and domain teams to turn high-value use cases into dependable, governed AI workflows that improve speed, quality, and safety.

Build agentic solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry, including custom plugins/actions for LOB systems.

Design & maintain RAG architectures for enterprise content; optimize quality with offline and online evaluations.

Integrate across the ecosystem using Power Platform, Azure Functions/Logic Apps, and secure connectors.

Operationalize models and agents with CI/CD, telemetry, and feedback loops.

Harden for enterprise: authentication, data loss prevention, content filters, and Responsible AI controls.

Standardize & scale: publish reusable templates, connectors, governance policies, and coding standards.
Partner & deliver: run discovery with business stakeholders and move from POC to production.
Requirements

2-5 years in software/AI engineering delivering production systems.

Hands-on experience with Azure Services- M365 Copilot Studio, Chat GPT, Cursor, and Azure AI Foundry.

Practical RAG experience (vector stores, embeddings, retrieval quality, evaluations).

Proficiency with Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript; API design and integration.

Azure services and DevOps experience.

Strong grasp of identity, data security, and governance in enterprise environments. · Power Platform, Microsoft Graph, and M365 extensibility.

Experience building agent frameworks.

Observability for LLM systems.

Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, or manufacturing/aviation workflows.

Exposure to Responsible AI frameworks and model safety testing.
