Job description
We are proactively building a talent pipeline for an upcoming project tied to an active RFP. This position is expected to begin in late Summer 2026, subject to contract award and final client approval., * Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions supporting large-scale user populations and complex data environments
- Architect multi-tier integrated systems with high availability, load balancing, and scalable performance strategies
- Guide technical teams through system enhancements, integrations, deployments, and production support initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and cross-functional technical resources to define requirements and technical roadmaps
- Ensure solution quality through code reviews, architecture governance, performance tuning, and compliance with best practices
- Mentor and lead teams of developers, administrators, and analysts while supporting project delivery timelines
Requirements
Do you have a valid Certified Salesforce Administrator certification?, Do you have experience in Team leadership?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 4+ years in a Salesforce Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or similar leadership role
- 3+ years leading teams of at least five technical resources
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, and RESTful API integrations
- Experience designing and supporting enterprise Salesforce environments with 5,000+ users and 5M+ data records
- Bachelor's degree required (or equivalent qualifying experience)
- Active Salesforce certifications strongly preferred (Administrator, Service Cloud, Data Architect, Platform Developer II, Architect, or related)
