Job description
We are looking for a builder who can help us use AI, automation, and technology to make our company faster, smarter, and more impactful.
This role will help improve internal systems, automate manual processes, connect fragmented tools, build AI-powered workflows, and support the development of a platform that helps real estate investors move from confusion to confidence.
This is not a traditional IT support role. This is a hands-on role for someone who can see a problem, map the process, build the solution, and ship it.
What You'll Do
Build automations that reduce manual work and help our team move faster.
Use AI tools to improve sales, operations, marketing, communication, document handling, and client experience.
Connect internal systems so data and workflows move cleanly across the company.
Help build tools that make real estate investing easier for clients to understand and act on.
Work directly with leadership and team members to identify problems and create practical solutions.
Document, train, improve, and keep building.
Requirements
Do you have experience in System development?, We want someone who is technical, practical, and mission-minded.
You are a systems thinker. You notice broken processes and want to fix them. You are excited about AI, automation, product building, workflows, and data - but you understand technology only matters when it helps real people.
You can take an unclear problem, ask good questions, map the workflow, test solutions, and ship.
We especially like candidates who understand the speed, complexity, and compliance-heavy nature of mortgage, real estate, lending, or fintech environments.
Ideal Experience
Experience with AI tools, automation, workflows, internal systems, product building, or operations technology.
Comfort with tools like Zapier, Make, Airtable, HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, ClickUp, Notion, Retool, Bubble, APIs, webhooks, databases, or similar platforms.
Ability to translate business problems into simple technical solutions.
Strong communication with non-technical team members.
Experience in mortgage, real estate, fintech, lending, SaaS, operations, or product development is a plus.
Experience with mortgage or lending systems such as Encompass, Optimal Blue, CRMs, LOS platforms, PPEs, document systems, pricing engines, or workflow tools is a strong plus.
Coding ability is a plus, but not required if you can still build, connect, automate, and ship.
