IT Specialist-Cornerstone

• Assist Director of IT in performing system monitoring
• Add, remove, or update user account information
• Analyze and identify potential issues with client computers
• Perform or oversee the installation and configuration of new hardware and software for client computers
• Provide Help Desk support by interacting with internal clients on all levels to resolve IT issues

Do you have experience in User training (technical support)?, Do you have a Trade school?, * Certificate from college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience. A+ certification desirable.

• Three years of experience in a support capacity in a user-oriented environment.
• Strong understanding of a wide variety of personal computing equipment and software.
• Familiarity with fundamental principles of computer maintenance and systems.
• Skilled in teaching, motivating, and supporting users of varying proficiency.
• Ability to analyze user issues, problems, and systems applications.
• Ability to communicate professionally, respectfully, and tactfully.
• Maturity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
