Job description

We're seeking a Network/Security Administrator to help maintain and secure our network, server, and endpoint infrastructure. You'll work alongside senior IT staff and vendors on daily operations, troubleshooting, security controls, and compliance support., * Maintain LAN/WAN/wireless/VPN connectivity; configure switches, routers, firewalls, and APs; troubleshoot performance issues and outages; keep network documentation current

  • Monitor security alerts, support endpoint protection, vulnerability scanning, and patch management; assist with access reviews and incident response
  • Manage AD/M365 user accounts; support server maintenance, backups, and disaster recovery; troubleshoot Windows systems
  • Support compliance efforts (CMMC, NIST 800-171, ISO 27001) and assist with audits, documentation, and security training

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows support?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Associate degree in IT/CS/Cybersecurity or equivalent experience

  • 3-5 years in network administration and/or cybersecurity
  • Hands-on Cisco routing/switching/firewall experience
  • Familiarity with Windows Server and Active Directory
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Trend Vision One or similar EDR/SIEM platforms
  • Microsoft 365/Azure and Active Directory proficiency
  • Knowledge of CMMC Level 2, NIST 800-171, or similar frameworks
  • PowerShell scripting

Technical Environment: Cisco (switches, routers, firewalls, Umbrella), VLANs/VPNs/DHCP/DNS/TCP-IP, 802.1x/ISE, Windows Server/AD, M365, EDR/vulnerability management tools, backup/DR systems, PowerShell, network monitoring tools
