Job description
We are hiring a Tier 1 IT Support Technician to join our small but fast-growing IT department. This is a ground-floor opportunity built for someone early in their IT journey, whether you're fresh out of (or still in) school, self-taught, or just made the leap into tech and are hungry to learn. You don't need years of experience. You need desire to learn, a strong work ethic, and the drive to grow.
You'll work side-by-side with your manager and learn on real enterprise systems. We're not looking for a seasoned developer, we're looking for the next great IT pro, and we'll help you get there.
What you'll do
- Be the friendly first point of contact for day-to-day tech issues across the company
- Troubleshoot common hardware and software problems on laptops, desktops, iPads, and iPhones
- Work tickets through our ticketing system and keep things moving
- Help manage and support our devices, network, and core business tools
- Walk between our buildings to support staff onsite
- Follow documented processes, ask good questions, and steadily take on more as you learn
Requirements
Do you have experience in Salesforce?, * A genuine interest in IT and a willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Solid problem-solving instincts and the patience to troubleshoot
- Strong communication, you can explain a fix to someone who isn't technical
- Reliability, follow-through, and a team-first attitude
- Comfortable working fully onsite in Tampa
Nice to have (not required)
- Coursework or a degree in IT, computer science, or a related field
- A CompTIA A+ (or similar) cert, or one you're working toward
- Any exposure to Salesforce, QuickBooks, Microsoft 365, MDM, or an RMM
