Requirements
-
Experienced SAP HCM Consultant with strong expertise in Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and SAP Payroll Netherlands (NL).

Hands-on experience in end-to-end NL Payroll configuration, payroll processing, schema and PCR enhancements, wage type configuration, tax-related payroll activities, and payroll issue resolution.

Key responsibilities include configuring and supporting SAP HCM Payroll, investigating and resolving payroll and tax-related issues, performing HRSP and year-end payroll activities, analyzing and fixing point-to-point replication errors, managing inbound and outbound interfaces, and conducting impact analysis and testing for payroll changes.

Responsible for handling arrears processing, Payroll Control Center issues, and creating LSMW objects as required.

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, and point-to-point (P2P) integrations is highly desirable.

Solid understanding of HR business processes across Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and deliver high-quality solutions in a dynamic environment.
