Reporting & Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a Healthcare Business Intelligence Analyst to support enterprise-wide reporting, analytics, and data management initiatives within a MEDITECH Expanse environment. This role will collaborate with clinical, operational, and financial teams to develop meaningful reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights that improve organizational performance and decision-making., Design, develop, and maintain operational, financial, and clinical reports and dashboards using Power BI and SQL. Create ad hoc reports and analytical solutions to support business and healthcare operations. Validate data accuracy and ensure data integrity across multiple systems and reporting platforms. Work closely with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and define key performance indicators (KPIs). Support healthcare compliance, regulatory reporting, and audit-related data requests. Investigate and resolve reporting issues, data discrepancies, and system-related concerns. Assist with application upgrades, testing activities, and reporting validation efforts. Develop and maintain documentation, reporting standards, and best practices.

Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI. Strong SQL skills for querying, analysis, and report development. Hands-on experience with MEDITECH reporting, preferably within MEDITECH Expanse. Understanding of healthcare clinical, financial, and operational workflows. Experience with data validation, quality assurance, and governance initiatives. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across multiple business units. Preferred Qualifications Experience with healthcare business intelligence and analytics. Familiarity with Tableau or other BI/reporting platforms. Knowledge of healthcare regulatory and compliance reporting requirements. Experience supporting enterprise reporting environments and large-scale data initiatives.
