Job description
We are seeking a customer-facing Senior Solutions Architect with expertise in Agentic AI, IT automation, and enterprise workflow platforms such as Aisera AskIT, Krsip.ai, Yellow.ai, Automation Anywhere, or similar AI-driven automation technologies. This role will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and enterprise customers to design and deliver AI-powered automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, employee experience, and IT service management outcomes., * Partner with Sales teams during customer engagements, workshops, demos, and solution discussions.
- Design and architect enterprise Agentic AI and automation solutions aligned to customer business objectives.
- Lead technical discovery sessions and translate customer requirements into scalable solution architectures.
- Support deployments and integrations involving ITSM, HR, CRM, knowledge management, and workflow automation platforms.
- Provide expertise in AI-driven service desk automation, virtual agents, workflow orchestration, and self-healing operations.
- Work directly with customers to drive adoption, value realization, and operational transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to communicate customer feedback and enhancement opportunities.
- Assist with RFPs, solution proposals, architecture documentation, and executive presentations.
- Support integrations with platforms such as ServiceNow, Freshworks, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, Azure, AWS, and enterprise collaboration tools.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to both technical and executive stakeholders.
Requirements
The ideal candidate combines strong technical architecture skills with executive-level communication, consultative selling experience, and hands-on implementation expertise across AI, automation, cloud, and ITSM ecosystems., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, automation, AI platforms, or pre-sales consulting roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with AI automation platforms such as Aisera, Automation Anywhere, ServiceNow AI, or similar technologies.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems including ITSM, CRM, identity management, and collaboration platforms.
- Strong understanding of Agentic AI, conversational AI, workflow orchestration, and automation frameworks.
- Experience with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
- LLM / GenAI Engineering: Advance Prompt Engineering, Model selection & routing and RAG pipeline
- Designing end-to-end AI platforms, multi-agent enterprise workflows and driving AI adoption strategy
- Strong customer-facing presentation, communication, and consulting skills.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and working alongside account executives and customer success teams.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive leadership.
- Strong troubleshooting, solution design, and integration experience., * Experience with enterprise observability, IT operations, or digital employee experience platforms.
- Preferred certification Azure AI (AI-102 / AI-300 path), AWS AI / ML certifications, Google AI / Vertex AI
- Familiarity with CRM / ERP / M365 / third party SaaS integration
- Familiarity with REST APIs, scripting, automation workflows, and integration frameworks.
- Knowledge of AI governance, security, and enterprise operational best practices.
- Experience in LLM operations with CI/CD pipeline, evaluation and monitoring
