Job description

As Global Data & Business Intelligence Lead, you play a key strategic role in accelerating data-driven decision-making across Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages. Your mission is contribute to design and deploy a smart, scalable Business Intelligence ecosystem, enabling advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and performance measurement across markets

Working closely with global and local teams, you act as a strategic partner to transform data into actionable insights and business impact. A critical pillar of your role is leading the end-to-end deployment of Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) across priority markets.

Your key responsibilities include:

Contribute to the deployment of a smart, scalable Business Intelligence solution that supports both global and local decision-making

Support the global BI vision and roadmap, aligned with business priorities and transformation objectives

Ensuring harmonization of KPIs, dashboards and reporting frameworks across countries

Translating advanced analytics into clear, actionable recommendations for business stakeholders

Leading cross-country analytics and supporting markets in leveraging data for local decision-making

Partnering with Marketing, Finance, Strategy and Sales teams to deliver insights driving business performance

Leading the deployment of a global Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) framework across priority markets

Ensuring methodological consistency and translating results into actionable business and media investment decisions

Driving predictive and prescriptive analytics using AI and machine learning

Ensuring data quality, governance and integration with the enterprise data ecosystem

Requirements

10+ years' experience in Data, Business Intelligence or Advanced Analytics

Fluent English, written, read and spoken, University degree or equivalent, preferably in Data, Analytics, Engineering or a related field

10+ years of experience in Data, Business Intelligence, Advanced Analytics or Performance Measurement

Proven experience within a leading data or measurement panel provider (e.g. Nielsen, Circana …), with strong exposure to retail data

Proven leadership experience in global, multi-country environments, ideally within FMCG/CPG

Strong expertise in Marketing Mix Modeling and/or media effectiveness measurement

Hands-on experience with predictive analytics, AI and machine learning

Strong experience in data transformation and scaling analytics capabilities

Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on delivery mindset

Ability to bridge data science and business decision-making

Strong stakeholder management skills at senior level

Leadership in matrix and multicultural environments

Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus), Diplôme universitaire ou équivalent, idéalement en data, analytics, ingénierie ou domaine connexe

10+ ans d'expérience en Data, Business Intelligence, Advanced Analytics ou Performance Measurement

Expérience confirmée au sein d'un acteur de premier plan dans les domaines de la data ou des panels de mesure (par exemple Nielsen, Circana…), avec une forte exposition aux données retail.

Expérience confirmée de leadership dans des environnements internationaux

Expertise en Marketing Mix Modeling et/ou en mesure d'efficacité média

Expérience en analytics avancé, IA et machine learning

Expérience en transformation data et industrialisation des capacités analytics

Esprit stratégique combiné à une forte capacité d'exécution

Votre mission consiste à contribuer à la conception et au déploiement d'un écosystème de Business Intelligence intelligent et évolutif, permettant des analyses avancées, de la modélisation prédictive et la mesure de la performance sur l'ensemble des marchés.

En étroite collaboration avec les équipes globales et locales, vous intervenez comme partenaire stratégique pour transformer la donnée en insights actionnables et en impact business. Un pilier clé du poste est le déploiement de bout en bout du Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) sur les marchés prioritaires.

Vos principales responsabilités incluent :

Contribuer au déploiement d'une solution de Business Intelligence intelligente et évolutive, qui soutient à la fois la prise de décision globale et locale.

Soutenir la vision et la feuille de route BI globales, alignées avec les priorités métiers et les objectifs de transformation.

Assurer l'harmonisation des KPI, dashboards et reportings à l'échelle internationale

Traduire les analyses avancées en recommandations business claires et actionnables

Développer des analyses transverses multi-pays et accompagner les marchés dans leurs analyses locales

Collaborer avec les équipes Marketing, Finance, Stratégie et Sales pour soutenir la performance

Piloter le déploiement d'un framework global de Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM)

Garantir la robustesse méthodologique et la traduction des résultats en décisions d'investissement

Développer des modèles prédictifs et prescriptifs via l'IA et le machine learning

Assurer la qualité, la gouvernance et l'intégration des données dans l'écosystème global

Agir en tant que partenaire stratégique auprès des équipes globales et des marchés

Développer une collaboration transverse et internationale
