Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth, increase revenue, and expand our customer base. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships, and enhancing the restaurant's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities (corporate clients, events, catering, partnerships,)

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and key stakeholders

  • Create and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue

  • Drive bookings for private dining, events, and group reservations

  • Collaborate with marketing teams on promotions, campaigns, and brand positioning

  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback

  • Negotiate contracts, partnerships, and corporate deals

  • Represent the restaurant at networking events and community functions

  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management

  • Work closely with operations to ensure service delivery meets client expectations, 2.What strategies have you used to increase revenue in your past roles?3.How do you approach building partnerships with local businesses? Requirements

Do you have experience in Sales?, Do you have a Certificate of higher education?, * Proven experience in business development, sales, or hospitality management

  • Strong understanding of the restaurant or hospitality industry

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills

  • Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organisational and analytical skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, word

  • Flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends if required

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in restaurant marketing or event sales

  • Existing network of corporate or local business contacts

  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Monthly revenue growth targets

  • Increase in repeat customer rate and loyalty programme sign-ups, * Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)
