Job description
Based in Franklin County, Kentucky, providing technology solutions and support to businesses throughout Kentucky and beyond. Our clients range from Versailles to Tompkinsville and everywhere in between., As we continue to grow, we are seeking several IT Support Technicians to join our team. This position is primarily remote, with occasional onsite visits required for project work, installations, troubleshooting, and client support.

What You'll Do
- Provide remote support to business clients via phone, email, and remote access tools
- Troubleshoot Windows desktops, servers, Microsoft 365 environments, networking equipment, and cloud services
- Configure and support firewalls, switches, wireless networks, VPNs, and business applications
- Assist with infrastructure projects, migrations, and technology deployments
- Document work performed and maintain accurate client records
- Occasionally travel onsite for support calls, installations, and project work

Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in In-person customer service?, * Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Is comfortable communicating directly with business owners and end users
- Has strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Can manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing client needs
- Is professional, organized, and dependable
- Enjoys learning and working with a wide variety of technologies
Preferred Experience
Experience with the following technologies is highly desirable:
- Microsoft 365
- Windows Server
- Active Directory
- Azure
- Hyper-V
- VMware
- VoIP Systems
- Endpoint Security Platforms
- Backup and Disaster Recovery Solutions
Highly Recommended
Experience with:
- Ubiquiti Networking and Wi-Fi Platforms
- Fortinet Firewalls and Security Products
- Veeam Backup & Replication
Previous MSP experience is a significant advantage but is not required for the right candidate., * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel occasionally to client sites
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions
- Ability to pass a background check
