Job description
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of Java microservices, Kafka Streams, and REST APIs within large-scale projects.
- Guide technical teams by providing expertise on configuration management, container platforms, and performance optimization across Oracle databases and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with business analysts, testing teams, and global colleagues to integrate solutions and support distributed processing concepts.
- Utilize CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tooling, and automated testing tools to ensure quality delivery and system reliability.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in software development with expertise in Java and J2EE technologies, including microservices architecture, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and REST API development.
- Proven experience with Kafka, Kafka Streams, containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift, and writing queries in Oracle/SQL databases.
- Hands-on proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools, including Git and Jenkins, as well as automated testing frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills demonstrated in collaborative, Agile, or Scrum-driven teams.
