SAP FI/CO Consultant

• Manage a team responsible for SAP package software application implementation through configuration and development
• Lead workshops to determine system requirements and document findings
• Lead projects, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery
• Configure FI, CO, and associated SAP modules
• Provide functional specifications for technical development
• Identify and address technical and operational challenges proactively
• Monitor and report on project progress and financial metrics
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
• Foster an environment of teamwork and effective communication
• Establish and maintain long-term executive relationships by performing billable advisory services

Required: ECC to S/4 HANA rollout - manufacturing/automotive client. Must be in Chicago area with ability to travel to Danville, IL and Waukesha, WI. Implementation experience required., * Bachelor''s degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience

• 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role years of relevant work experience in software engineering and management
• Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies
• Proven experience in team management and software project execution
• Solid technical knowledge in package applications
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
