As an Application Developer Sr Principal, your work will directly contribute to the success and stability of our ServiceNow environment. In this role, you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain forms, flows, catalog items, integrations, etc.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, process owners, and platform engineers to define requirements.
- Support Agile ceremonies and uphold quality assurance throughout the lifecycle
- Adhere to and enforce ServiceNow and OneGDIT best practices.
- Support platform upgrades, patching, and deployments.
- Participate in Agile software development efforts (standups, planning, grooming, estimation) to ensure quality delivery.
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Developers.

Do you have experience in UI?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Principal, ServiceNow Developer, with deep expertise in the ServiceNow design and development across our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate has a strong development background, excellent analytical ability, and hands-on experience with ITSM ServiceNow modules including Now Assist., * High school diploma required; AA or Bachelor's degree preferred, * 3 years of experience in prompt engineering, Now Assist and agentic AI.
- 12+ years of ServiceNow development experience within ITSM environment
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and platform capabilities
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ability to obtain CSA cert within 90 days
- Extensive experience designing forms, UI policies, client scripts, workflows, business rules, integrations, and custom applications
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Must be a U.S. person
