Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Coordinator to support quality systems, production quality activities, and customer requirements within our growing Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) operation. This role will work closely with production, engineering, supply chain, and customer teams to ensure products meet quality standards and customer expectations., * Support daily quality activities throughout SMT, Post-SMT, and EMS manufacturing processes.

  • Conduct product inspections and quality audits.
  • Assist with root cause investigations and corrective actions.
  • Review production documentation and quality records.
  • Support incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
  • Monitor quality metrics and report trends.
  • Assist with customer complaints, non-conformances, and corrective action tracking.
  • Work with manufacturing and engineering teams to improve product quality and process performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and customer requirements.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain quality documentation and records.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Customer communication?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, The selected candidate must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel internationally to Romania for company-paid training and onboarding with our global quality team., Preferred

  • Experience in manufacturing, electronics manufacturing (EMS), SMT, quality, or production environments.
  • Knowledge of IPC standards is a plus.
  • Experience with quality systems, audits, or inspections preferred.
  • Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is highly preferred.
  • Experience with corrective actions, root cause analysis, and quality reporting is a plus.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred but not required.

Required

  • Valid passport.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally to Romania for training (all travel expenses paid by the company).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Reliable attendance and professional demeanor.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year, * Dental insurance
