Job description
PrideStaff is seeking an organized, proactive, and highly technical Website & Systems Integration Administrator on behalf of our client, a premier local organization. This is a 100% remote, flexible part-time role requiring a maximum commitment of 10 to 40 hours per month depending on ongoing migration needs and system maintenance., In this role, you will serve as the primary architect and administrator of our client's digital ecosystem, ensuring that their core website, event registration pipelines, CRM systems, and donor databases communicate flawlessly. The ideal candidate is an expert in WordPress management who excels at system troubleshooting, API data mapping, and proactive platform maintenance., * WordPress Core Management (Primary Focus): Oversee full administrative upkeep of the main website. Proactively monitor site health, design page layouts, fix localized bugs, and ensure seamless plugin performance and system connectivity.
- Event & Registration Infrastructure: Manage and optimize the EventOn calendar and registration systems, resolving periodic configuration updates and ticketing questions.
- Database & CRM Migration Support: Partner with vendor support to troubleshoot tech workflows during active data transfers from FileMaker Pro into Neon One (Donor Management) and Planning Pod (Event Management/CRM).
- Systems Integration & Automation: Deploy, test, and maintain robust platform cross-connections using Zapier automation once new core applications launch.
- Technical Troubleshooting & Cross-Platform Syncing: Maintain data integrity and resolve connectivity issues across supporting platforms, including Stripe (payment gateways), Constant Contact, Microsoft Office (email/cloud file syncing), and Meta/Canva marketing links.
- Internal Team Technical Support: Act as the technical resource for internal departments, supporting the Executive Director, Finance (revenue reporting via Stripe), and the Event Sales team on technical website changes.

Because these digital platforms handle direct public event registrations and donations, candidates must be flexible and responsive enough to meet the following service standards from a remote environment:
- Emergent Needs: Ability to acknowledge and initiate fixes within 1 hour for critical system drops (e.g., website downtime or broad registration failures).
- Non-Emergent Needs: Ability to resolve standard maintenance tickets and system queries within 1 business day., * Experience: 2-4 years of experience managing WordPress websites and executing multi-platform software integrations.
- Integration Skills: Strong proficiency with data routing, system automation tools (Zapier), and syncing e-commerce or donation systems with CRM platforms.
- Problem-Solving: Proven track record of auditing connection drops (such as email server-to-website disconnects or payment gateway reporting glitches) and resolving them efficiently.
- Availability: Must have a flexible remote schedule that allows for immediate, quick-turnaround responses for critical 1-hour emergency support, despite the low overall monthly hour commitment.
- Prior experience supporting non-profit operations, retreat centers, or community-focused organizations is a plus.
