Job description
We are seeking an experienced Level 3 IT Technician to provide advanced technical support while handling systems and network administration responsibilities. This role will troubleshoot complex issues, maintain client environments, and assist with technical implementations and infrastructure projects.
Requirements
Experience providing Tier 3 technical support in complex IT environments
Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Microsoft 365 administration
Experience supporting Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting, firewalls, switches, and wireless technologies
Experience with server, workstation, and infrastructure deployments
Ability to diagnose and resolve escalated hardware, software, systems, and network issues
Familiarity with virtualization, cloud services, backups, and disaster recovery
Strong documentation, communication, and client-facing skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
