Job description

Painted Post, NY | Onsite Schedule Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (some flexibility may be required) Top 3 Skills

  • Windows 11 deployment and hands-on end-user support
  • Hardware troubleshooting and endpoint management beyond basic imaging
  • Enterprise IT tools: Active Directory, ServiceNow, Cisco VPN, Citrix

What You'll Do

  • Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues for end users - in person and remotely
  • Deploy and configure Windows 11 systems and standard corporate hardware
  • Manage Active Directory accounts and user access requests
  • Troubleshoot Cisco VPN, Citrix, and multi-browser connectivity issues
  • Install and configure Office 365, Adobe products, and endpoint security software
  • Handle printer/driver installs, device imaging via USB/PXE, and hardware asset tracking
  • Support IP telephony setup and basic corporate mobile device requests
  • Log, track, and resolve service tickets through ServiceNow
  • Perform equipment moves, physical setups, and occasional light travel to nearby sites
  • Collaborate across IT teams and contribute to technical roundtables

Requirements

  • 1+ year of hands-on IT support experience - field tech, help desk, or desktop support
  • Working knowledge of Windows OS, especially Windows 11
  • Basic Command Prompt and PowerShell experience
  • Comfortable working directly with end users in a corporate, professional environment
  • HS Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree a plus

Bonus If You Have

  • CompTIA certifications (A+, Network+, Server+, Cloud+, or similar)
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Citrix, or enterprise VPN tools
  • Background in device lifecycle management or IT asset tracking

Benefits & conditions

Pay Transparency Notice: In accordance with New York State Pay Transparency Law, the pay range for this position will be $20.00-$21.42 per hour., HARDY INDUSTRIES
