Job description

Customer Service Microsoft Office Spanish Language Business Valuation Full Stack Development Artificial Intelligence Business Transformation Troubleshooting (Problem Solving), * Provide technical support to sales teams, contractors, distributors, engineers, and architects to promote and support company products

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot water heater issues over the phone, identifying root causes and delivering clear solutions
  • Research and resolve installation and product usage issues for contractors and end users
  • Differentiate between technical and business issues and resolve or escalate as needed
  • Accurately document warranty information and detailed case notes for each interaction
  • Follow up promptly to ensure customer issues are resolved
  • Support team members with high-priority technical inquiries
  • Respond to email inquiries related to product information and troubleshooting
  • Assist with multilingual support or Spanish call queues as needed
