Job description
- Sicherstellung des stabilen Betriebs der SAP SuccessFactors Plattform inkl. laufender Systemüberwachung
- Planung, Koordination & Integration von Changes & Neuerungen in den Betrieb sowie Weiterentwicklungen der Plattform
- Incident- & Problem Management im täglichen Betrieb
- Durchführung von Fehler- & Systemanalysen sowie applikatorischer & fachlicher Administration
- User- & Systemadministration
- Fachliche Koordination von Application Manager:innen sowie enge Abstimmung mit Entwicklung, Operations, Architektur & Projektmanagement
- Verantwortung für kontinuierliche Verbesserungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produkthersteller
- Regelmäßiger Austausch mit internen & externen Stakeholdern im öffentlichen Umfeld
- Sicherstellung eines effizienten Betriebs durch Kombination aus technischem & kommunikativem Verständnis
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene technische oder wirtschaftliche Ausbildung (HTL, FH oder Universität) mit Schwerpunkt Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Betriebswirtschaft oder mindestens 4 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im 2nd Level Support oder im Betrieb von IT Systemen
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP SuccessFactors und/oder SAP HCM Systemen
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
