Job description
Conduct gap analyses, facilitate workshops, and translate customer insights into clear functional requirements, using interviews and collaborative sessions to uncover what really matters.
- Business & IT bridge
Serve as the key link between business stakeholders and technical consultants, articulating business needs in a language developers understand, and translating technical constraints back to the business with clarity.
- Platform configuration & customization
Configure and tailor Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications to fit each client's processes and goals, always prioritizing out-of-the-box features before custom builds.
- Backlog & product lifecycle ownership
Own the product scope and quality delivery end-to-end, grooming the backlog, prioritizing features, and ensuring delivery meets both business expectations and technical standards.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Power BI?, * Genuinely curious about digital transformation and automation

- Fluent in French or Dutch + English (written and spoken)

Your technical expertise:

Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience leading discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews

Good consulting mindset, comfortable guiding clients through change and solution adoption

Knowledge of CRM concepts and appetite to grow expertise in Dynamics 365 (Customer Service, Sales, Contact Center)

Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

Awareness of Agile, FastTrack or Success by Design methodologies is a bonus
