Job description
Our operation based in Kettering is looking for a Support Analyst to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of digital media platforms, business systems, and operational reporting across the site., Producing and maintaining operational reports to support inventory management, productivity tracking, system performance, and asset control. Developing, enhancing, and maintaining SQL-based reports to provide accurate and actionable business insights. Analysing system data and providing insights to managers and operational teams to improve performance and visibility. Providing first-line support for business systems and reporting tools, investigating issues, resolving queries, and working with IT teams to implement solutions. Managing the lifecycle of site assets, including RDTs and IT equipment, ensuring accurate tracking, maintenance, and repair coordination. Maintaining documentation for reporting processes, asset management, and system procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency. Supporting site digitisation and continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to automate processes, improve data quality, and reduce manual activities. Providing systems and reporting support cover when required to ensure continuity of service across the site.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Warehouse management system?, Experience working within a warehousing or logistics environment, with exposure to operational systems. Hands-on experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Strong Excel and data handling skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and exposure to SQL (VBA and Access desirable). Ability to analyse data, identify anomalies, and support root cause analysis. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to prioritise workload, work to tight deadlines, and manage multiple requests efficiently. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access) and a proactive, self-motivated approach to work.
