Job description
Reporting to the Head of IT, you'll provide first and second line helpdesk support across hardware, software, and network systems. Day-to-day you'll be managing tickets through Halo ITSM, troubleshooting Microsoft and Apple devices, supporting staff and pupils of all ages, and acting as a mentor to the school's IT apprentice. You'll also play an active part in larger projects, including the annual provisioning of devices each summer.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Microsoft Windows Server?, * At least two years' experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar technical role within an Education setting
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, and Windows Server
- Experience with Jamf/Apple School Manager is desirable
- Confident communicator who can explain technical issues clearly to less-technical users
- Proactive, calm under pressure, and committed to ongoing professional development
