Job description
This is a graduate position with responsibility across two functions: marketing and data quality assurance. You will support the production of external communications and marketing content while also taking ownership of data integrity across the company's internal systems - ensuring that information held in the CRM and loan management platform is accurate and consistent with other data sources across the business.
This is a role with high levels of responsibility and exposure from the outset and serious opportunity for the right candidate.
You will work closely with the sales team and senior management, contributing to marketing strategy and developing a thorough understanding of the business, its products, and the broader specialist finance market. The role will involve periodic broker visits and industry events alongside the sales team.
Responsibilities
Marketing

Developing marketing strategy alongside senior management and contributing ideas for campaigns and initiatives

Producing marketing materials using Adobe Express and Adobe Creative Cloud

Supporting award submissions, product announcements, and broker-facing communications

Creating and managing video and digital content across LinkedIn and other relevant channels

Designing and delivering e-shot campaigns and banner advertising across online and print publications

Owning the marketing schedule and coordinating campaign activity across channels

Assisting in the organisation of, and attendance at, industry conferences and events

Tracking and reporting on marketing activity and campaign performance
Data Quality & Systems Assurance

Auditing and reconciling data across the CRM, loan management system, and other internal data sources; in particular once loans have gone live

Identifying, investigating, and resolving data discrepancies in conjunction with the operations, redemptions, underwriting, and treasury teams

Contributing to process improvements that reduce data errors at source
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in Marketing?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce polished, professional content

Creative flair and a marketing-minded approach to communications and brand

High attention to detail and a methodical approach to data and information

Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in property finance

Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritise effectively

Comfortable working across multiple systems and learning new tools quickly

A full UK driving licence is desirable

Practical experience using Adobe software and AI tools for digital content creation
Degree discipline is open. Backgrounds in business, finance, economics, English, communications, or design are relevant, but candidates from other disciplines will be considered on the strength of their application. Training will be provided on Adobe Express and Adobe Creative Cloud., * Bachelor's (required)
