Senior M365 Cloud Engineer

• Own the technical delivery of Microsoft 365 projects for a diverse set of clients - from migrations and deployments to complex environment buildouts.
• Serve as the technical authority on M365, Entra ID, and Intune for Clients and the Team
• Design and implement security solutions including Conditional Access, MFA, and identity governance
• Build automation that makes deployments faster and more consistent
• Mentor junior engineers and raise the technical bar across the team
• Partner with Project Managers and Account Managers as the technical voice on every engagement
• Use AI tools as part of how you work - diagnosing problems, researching solutions, and adding efficiencies.

• 6+ years of experience working within technology
• Deep familiarity with Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, SharePoint Online, and Conditional Access
• Experience with tenant migrations, hybrid configurations, and identity security
• Leverages scripting to automate and optimize processes
• Experience supporting multiple clients or working in an MSP environment is preferred
• Strong client communication skills; you can explain technical decisions to non-technical people
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of your daily workflow
• Solutions-oriented mindset, tackling obstacles with confidence and persistence

Nice to Have:

• Microsoft Azure fundamentals (hands-on experience or working toward AZ-104/MS-102 - we cover cert costs)
• Server/Network infrastructure background (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, on-premises environments)
• Virtualization experience (VMware or Hyper-V), * Microsoft 365 Administration and Implementation: 2 years (Required)
• Technology: 5 years (Required)
