Workday Integrations Consultant

We are looking for a highly skilled Workday Integrations Consultant with strong expertise in Payroll integrations to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust integration solutions within the Workday ecosystem.

This role requires deep hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Workday Extend, and strong Java programming skills. You will work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to deliver scalable and efficient integration solutions aligned with business needs., * Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations, with a focus on Payroll systems

• Act as a Payroll Integrations SME, ensuring accuracy and efficiency of payroll data flow
• Develop complex integrations using Workday Studio
• Build and customize applications using Workday Extend
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Work on inbound and outbound integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, and Studio
• Troubleshoot integration issues and provide ongoing support
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all integrations
• Participate in system testing, deployment, and post-production support
• Optimize and enhance existing integration frameworks

• Strong experience as a Payroll Integrations SME
• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio (minimum 3-4 major implementation projects)
• Strong Java programming expertise (mandatory)
• Experience with Workday Extend
• Expertise in Workday integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio)
• Strong understanding of Payroll systems and processes
• Knowledge of XML, XSLT, SOAP/REST web services
• Experience with integration troubleshooting and performance optimization
• Familiarity with Workday security and data governance, * Workday Integration Certification
• Experience with cloud integration platforms
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience working in large enterprise environments
