Job description

We''re hiring multiple Application Support Specialists for a 6-month contract engagement. This is a great fit for someone who likes solving problems, owns their queue, and wants to plug into a fast-moving support team.

What you''ll do:

  • Triage and resolve incoming tickets across multiple applications
  • Provide Level 1 to 1.5 troubleshooting and escalate when needed
  • Handle access provisioning and user account requests
  • Document issues, resolutions, and recurring patterns
  • Partner with internal teams to keep support running smoothly

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years in application support, help desk, or a similar IT support role
  • Comfort working tickets in a queue-based environment (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, or similar)
  • Solid troubleshooting instincts and a customer-first mindset
  • Familiarity with access provisioning and basic user administration
  • Strong written communication for clear ticket documentation
