Job description

Our Digital & Automation Service Engineer is a critical member of our syngo support team. you will be responsible for remote customer support in the Remote Services Center (RSC) primarily for the AMERICAS Region.

  • You will deliver 'Best in Industry' customer care to internal and external customers and supporting staff (Imaging Technologists, Radiologists, System Administrators, etc...)
  • You will receive, analyze, understand, document, and resolve incoming service requests via phone, email, or electronic ticketing for multifaceted and diverse radiology healthcare IT systems, platforms, and cloud solutions.
  • You will demonstrate complete understanding of all technical and application operational aspects of PACS, RIS IT systems, and OEM IT solutions and interfaces including, but not limited to networks, databases, system integrations, hospital workflows, client-server technologies, and latest web based & cloud technologies.
  • You will develop, communicate, and execute action plans for very complex issues within established deadlines

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows Server administration?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Experience working in Hospital IT environment for 4+ years

  • Experience servicing modalities (e.g., CT, MR, etc.)
  • Healthcare IT and workflows
  • RIS/PACS/Storage interfacing
  • Experience with post-processing applications (e.g. Siemens Multi-Modality Workplace).
  • Since you are interacting with international customers, excellent English skills (ideally as native language, spoken and written) are necessary. Spanish language skills and/or knowledge of other language(s) is a plus, * BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills and abilities
  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
  • Radiology departmental PACS Administrator experience.
  • Microsoft Operating Systems (Server and Clients), Networking, Security, VMWare, Hyper-V, Antivirus, Linux

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
