Support the enterprise change management and software development lifecycle (SDLC) process including providing testing, defect management, peer review, and release management ensuring appropriate segregation of duties.

Write and maintain system documentation, process maps, test scripts, use cases, user stories, root cause analysis, and high-level integration and data flows.

Write and utilize scripting and file formatting utilities/configurations in support of applications and customer specifications.

Design and administer application software configuration to meet the business process design and application requirements.

Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, capable of presenting complex issues in a clear, concise and persuasive manner to the business, technical professionals and leadership.

Understand the interdependencies of systems and data across the banking business line to identify and analyze impacts as applications and systems are integrated, changed/upgraded and retired.

Provide Tier 2 application-level support and troubleshooting, escalation and complex problem-solving, providing support 24x7x365.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field plus 3 years of experience in a related occupation.
The position also requires:
- Experience with Nice Actimize and Lexis Nexis Bridger Knowledge.
- 3 years of experience with scripting.
- 3 years of experience with SQL.
- 3 years of experience with AML Compliance.
- 3 years of experience with system testing including creation of a test plan and documentation of result.
- 3 years of experience with applications implementation, testing, maintenance, configuration and support.
- 2 years of experience in banking.

The estimated salary for this role is $117, 957.00, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills and experience.
