Cyber Security Analyst Banking

AaraTech Inc is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst Banking to support security operations and protect financial systems and sensitive banking data. This role focuses on monitoring, detecting, and responding to cyber threats while ensuring secure banking transactions and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams to maintain a secure environment. • Analyze logs to detect suspicious or fraudulent activities
• Assist in securing banking applications and transaction systems
• Perform vulnerability assessments and risk analysis
• Support implementation of security tools and controls
• Conduct security audits and compliance checks
• Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams
• Maintain technical documentation and incident reports

• 2 3 years of experience in cyber security or IT security
• Basic understanding of network and information security
• Familiarity with security tools (SIEM, firewalls, endpoint protection)
• Basic knowledge of Python or scripting (optional)
• Understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS basics preferred)
• Analytical mindset
