Job description
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Help Desk Technician to join a growing team in St. Cloud, MN. This hands-on IT support role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues to ensure smooth daily operations. You'll work closely with end users, providing prompt and courteous technical assistance while helping maintain a stable IT environment., * Respond to help desk tickets and provide technical support both in-person and remotely.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems, software, and peripherals.
- Support and maintain Windows operating environments and Microsoft Exchange.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with users and internal team members.
- Keep work areas organized and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
- Occasionally travel for short-term, on-site technical support needs.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Customer communication?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * 1-3 years of IT support experience required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Windows, Exchange, and TCP/IP networks.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to support executive-level users with professionalism and discretion.
- Highly organized, proactive, and team-oriented.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently when needed.
Working Conditions: This is a full-time, in-person position in a professional office environment. Regular use of computers and frequent user interaction occur throughout the workday. Must be able to lift and move up to 25 lbs for equipment setup and maintenance. Occasional after-hours support or light travel may be required. A clean, professional appearance and a commitment to confidentiality are essential.
